Terms of use.

Hypersquad is software that follows rules you approve. It is not financial advice, a broker, an exchange or a custodian of anything you have not deposited into your own squad wallet.

• You decide every card. Nothing runs until you approve it; you can pause or remove it at any time.
• Your squad wallet is yours: withdraw or export its key at any time. If you export the key, keep it secret; anyone who has it controls the wallet.
• Every trade is final on the Solana chain. Hypersquad does not reverse a trade.
• Fees: 1 % per trade (none for wallets holding 1,000,000 $HYPERSQUAD), taken in the trade. Half buys back $HYPERSQUAD, which is burned.
• We may pause trading for everyone (for example during a network incident). Withdrawals stay available whenever the network and our signer are up.
• Do not use Hypersquad where it is against the law where you live.
